Do You Wanna Break Into Radio?  INTERNSHIP Is The Way

The Kiss 101.7 Internship Program has been designed to provide qualified full time college and university undergraduate students with in-depth exposure to professional radio production facilities, techniques and practices.

The Kiss 101.7 Internship Program is for college credit only and is designed to give you a well rounded introduction to radio and the operations of the only R & B Radio Station serving Delaware.  You will be asked to select an area of concentration, but you will be given assignments that will allow you to experience each department of KISS 101.7.

You will also be working independently as often as possible with careful guidelines and training during the process of your internship.

Your Responsibilities will vary from support activities to actual hands on work. This is an opportunity for you to learn about real operations of a radio station and for you to gain experience on a professional level.

Requirements:

In order to be an intern at KISS 101.7 you must be receiving credit from your school.  You must provide the following:

1.Complete Application, available during business hours Monday-Friday 9-5. 

2.Submit a resume.

3.One letter  of recommendation from a school superior or faculty member.  

4.A Form from your school verifying that you will be receiving credit for your Internship. This form from your school must specify how many hours your are required to work and how many credits you are going to receive!
